Michelle is the Founder of Timeless Medical Aesthetics. Her passion for skincare and women's wellness began in 2000 while managing a spa in Brandon, Manitoba, sparking a lifelong dedication to helping others feel confident, empowered, and cared for.

With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a deep appreciation for exceptional client experiences, Michelle founded Timeless with a vision of creating a welcoming space where beauty, wellness, and personalized care come together. Her passion, leadership, and commitment to excellence helped shape the values and client-centered approach that continue to define the clinic today.

Larissa graduated with her Medical Aesthetics Diploma from the International Beauty Institute. She believes that all patients deserve access to high quality medical treatments without having to drive to the city.

Larissa is passionate about learning new techniques, technologies, and skincare ingredients. She strives to help her clients look and feel their absolute best through education, medical grade skincare, and personalized treatment plans. Her goal is to create an atmosphere where patients feel confident, comfortable, and informed. With more than 22 years of nursing experience, Tiffany brings extensive clinical knowledge, precision, and a patient-centered approach to medical aesthetics. As a Certified Nurse Injector, she specializes in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and electrosurgery, creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique features and goals.

Tiffany is passionate about helping clients achieve refreshed, natural-looking results that enhance their confidence while preserving what makes them unique. Her approach is thoughtful and collaborative, with a focus on balance, harmony, and subtle enhancements that never look overdone.

Known for her warm and attentive nature, Tiffany takes the time to understand each client's concerns, comfort level, and desired outcomes. By combining clinical expertise with an artistic eye, she delivers refined results that help clients look and feel their best with confidence.

Dr. Bobby is a family physician at West Street Clinic, Medical Director of Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home and member of Lynn River Family Health Organization. Brad graduated from the University of Manitoba School of Medicine in 1998 and completed his Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Manitoba in 2000. He practiced at Western Medical Clinic in Brandon Manitoba 2000-2002.  Since relocating to Ontario, he has been practicing in Simcoe Ontario 2002-present. He has a special interest in cosmetic medicine and women's wellness.

Heidi loves the skin care and aesthetic industry and is always eager to develop more effective and results-driven treatment techniques. After staying home with her 4 children in their earliest years, Heidi’s interest and passion for the field of medical aesthetics began to grow while managing her own skin concerns. Educating herself on best practises and the most effective treatment options quickly led her to Timeless MediSpa. Heidi found that she was easily able to align with the values at Timeless, and the level of treatment and patient care that is offered. Heidi truly loves working with the patients on an individual and customized level focusing on their specific concerns and educating them on the appropriate treatment options. She thrives on building relationships and is eager to give each patient the experience they deserve.

Tiffany is a Registered Nurse with over 11 years of experience, bringing a deep sense of compassion, professionalism, and patient-centered care to her role as an Aesthetic Medical Injector at Timeless Medical Spa.

Throughout her nursing career, she has been known for her exceptional empathy, dedication, and ability to provide comfort and support during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Her commitment to going above and beyond for her patients has earned her recognition and heartfelt appreciation from the families she has cared for.
